Important Information About Your Account

Our clients have always been our top priority, and our mission remains to provide the highest level of customer service combined with the most innovative technology to help you reach your options trading goals. With this in mind, we want to notify you of an important upcoming change to your account with Options AI Financial, LLC.

We have made the strategic decision to discontinue providing brokerage services through Options AI Financial, LLC. Instead, brokerage services will be provided by Tradier Brokerage Inc. This change will allow us to focus squarely on evolving the Options AI trading and education platform – bringing you innovative new tools and features to help meet your investment needs.

We will be working closely with Tradier to ensure a smooth transition, minimizing any potential interruption to your trading activities. Our goal will be to seamlessly integrate with Tradier so that you can continue to enjoy using the Options AI platform for trade setup, execution and management – all with the added benefit of Tradier’s highly competitive pricing. This transition will take place on or about November 23, 2024. Customer accounts of Options AI Financial carried on the books of Apex Clearing will be transferred to Tradier Brokerage, which is also an Apex Clearing correspondent. This arrangement means that bookkeeping functions, receipt and delivery of securities purchased and sold, rights offerings, warrants, tender offers, redemptions and all other clearing and settlement functions will continue to be handled by Apex Clearing, but all broker dealer services will be handled by Tradier Brokerage Inc.

With Tradier, you will continue to receive monthly statements (quarterly if no activity). After the transfer, your account will continue to be held by Apex Clearing, member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (“SIPC”) (visit www.sipc.org). Securities in your account are protected up to $500,000 ($250,000 as to cash claims). Apex Clearing has also provided, through an independent insurer, additional coverage that raises total coverage for securities to as much as $25 Million ($100 million aggregate).

Following the transfer, Tradier Brokerage will be solely responsible for opening and approving brokerage accounts and monitoring all activities in your account. Depending upon the exact transfer date, you may receive two account statements for that month - one from Options AI Financial and one from Tradier Brokerage. The first from Options AI will show account activity and the transfer of all your investment positions. The second from Tradier Brokerage will show account activity and the receipt of all your investment positions.

If you do not wish your account to be transferred to Tradier Brokerage Inc, you should promptly arrange to have the cash and securities held in your account transferred to another firm of your choosing. You will need to complete an ACAT form, which you can obtain from your new broker. Your selected broker will submit the completed ACAT form to make the necessary arrangements. Options AI will not charge an ACAT transfer fee.

There are also no Options AI or Apex charges or fees if you do not object to your account transfer. However, you may incur a $50.00 fee from Tradier if you choose to transfer your account(s) to another firm after 60 days from the date of your account transfer. If a subsequent transfer is completed within 60 calendar days of your account being transferred to Tradier Brokerage you will not be charged a transfer fee by Tradier.

Please be aware that Tradier Brokerage does not offer participation in any Apex Clearing sweep program. If you have elected to participate in an Apex sweep program through Options AI, any ‘swept’ funds will be automatically withdrawn from the program prior to your account being transferred.

Unless we receive written instructions via email from you to the contrary, your account will be automatically transferred on or about November 23, 2024 to Tradier Brokerage within the clearing firm of Apex Clearing.

Upon the transfer of your account, the confidential information you provided to Options AI Financial regarding you and your account will be provided to Tradier Brokerage (and Apex Clearing), which will transmit its own privacy policy to you. During this transition phase, Options AI, Tradier and Apex Clearing will continue to comply with SEC Regulation S-P regarding privacy of consumer financial information in connection with the transfer of accounts.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to have your account transferred or your personal information provided to Tradier Brokerage, please contact us no later than November 10, 2024 via email at [e-mail]. If we do not hear from you by this date, your account will be automatically transferred.
